Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a Global Key Account Director – Engineering & Construction / Infrastructure (f/m/d). In this role you win evoZero adoption with the world’s top EPCs and infrastructure developers. Drive inclusion in multi-billion-euro tenders, establish long-term agreements, and open the door for evoZero in public-private partnerships.

You will directly report to Vice President Global Sales & Marketing evoZero & evoBuild carbon capture. The location is flexible - the role has a global remit with a focus on North America and Europe. Approximately 50% travel is required, and the position can be based in North America, or any EU country.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Own global account strategies for top EPCs, engineering firms, and infrastructure developers.

  • Engage across technical design, procurement, sustainability, and C-suite functions.

  • Negotiate multi-year, multi-million agreements with premium pricing and scarcity management.

  • Build early partnerships with governments and PPP projects to influence future regulations.

  • Position evoZero as the standard for sustainable infrastructure.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Success selling into global EPCs and infra developers (e.g., Bechtel, Fluor, Vinci, Jacobs).

  • Strong background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise negotiations.

  • Understanding of cement/concrete supply chains, CCS, or industrial decarbonization (or ability to learn fast).

  • High integrity, compliance-first, and trusted advisor mindset.

  • Enterprise hunter with ability to open doors and win lighthouse projects.
