For our Competence Center Aggregates (CCA) Europe we are looking for a Performance Improvement Manager Europe (f/m/d).
This role is based in Heidelberg, Germany and reports to the Head of Operational Excellence.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
-
Be one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates business
-
Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers)

Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams

Help with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performance

Coordinate and deliver trainings
YOUR PROFILE
-
University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications

At least 5 years’ experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role

Fluent Czech and English language skills are required. Knowledge of German and or any other languages is an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations

Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
