For our Department Digital-Security , we are looking for a Senior Resilience Officer (IT Service Continuity Management) (f/m/d). The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Lead Business Continuity Manager.

You will be part of our growing Security team and support in developing and implementing our global Business & IT Service Continuity Management Program.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

  • Developing and improving governance and frameworks for IT Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.

  • Conducting Risk Assessments and Business Impact Analyses to identify critical services and dependencies.

  • Supporting departments and sites in designing, maintaining, and continuously improving Business and IT Service Continuity Plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations during emergencies.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and refine Continuity Plans through regular exercises and simulations.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to IT Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field .

  • Proven experience (> 5 years) in Business and IT Service Continuity, Backup and Recovery, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, or IT/Infrastructure Operations within an international corporate environment.

  • Comprehensive technical knowledge in the areas of Infrastructure and Operational Technology Security is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of relevant standards and regulations related to Business Continuity and Information Security (including NIS-2, NIST, ITIL, ISO 22301, ISO 27031, BSI 200-4 etc.).

  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations, including emergencies.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, good German skills are a plus.
