Senior Product Owner Digital IIoT & CBM Solutions (f/m/d)

For our department Digital- Materials Operations, we are looking for a Senior Product Owner – Digital IIoT & CBM (f/m/d). The position is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the Senior Product Manager and Global Process Owner P2S Aggregates.

In their role the Senior Product Owner – Digital IIoT & CBM manages the roadmap for our Industrial Internet of Things and Condition based Monitoring solutions. The successful candidate will align customer needs with the Competence Center Aggregates and the Competence Center Ready-Mix. Furthermore, the role will oversee feature development and deployment with the corresponding development teams to ensure the digital competitiveness and remote optimization readiness of both business lines on a global scale.
 

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

• Own and drive the roadmap for critical Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Condition based monitoring (CBM) solutions.

• Lead feature implementation in collaboration with development teams, ensuring agile delivery and state of the art digital competitiveness.

• Ensure application readiness to support remote optimization centers and global real-time scalability and engage with our Automation Experts.

• Serve as the global point of contact for our Competence Centers Aggregates and Ready-Mix Concrete on feature definition, rollouts, and issue resolution.

• Define standards for master data, gateways and data pipeline & storage set-ups in alignment with Digital Architects and Infrastructure experts.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for digital business value creation, including AI-driven solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience in an industrial setting of IoT, CBM and Automation.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

• Proven track record as a Product Manager or in a similar leadership role.

• Expertise in agile delivery, driving solutions from concept to implementation.

• Strong ability to translate business requirements into innovative digital solutions.

• Customer-focused, resilient under pressure, and skilled in stakeholder management.
